Students connect with real professionals across industries, organizations, and functions, learning firsthand from their career journeys.
Advising and career teams provide guided reflection and bring campus resources to life through co-designed cohort sessions.
Institutions establish the Career Discovery Experience as a 1-3 credit course integrated into their existing first-year structure.
Faculty and/or advisors are assigned to be the instructor of record.
Each instance is configurable and customizable to fit campus needs.
The result: a unique experience where students build their purpose through inspiration and exposure.
